Jonathan Taplin on New Federalism, the Left, and Technology's Impact on Government

This is the audio of an interview I conducted a while ago at the beginning of the Opening Governemnt project (now GovLab) with Jonathan Taplin of the USC Annenburg School of Communication, where he is the director of the Annenberg Innovation Center. The interview has some great ideas for our class - particularly regarding expectations of governance in a more connected age.
